We are seeking support from the business community across the region to help us continue supporting those people for whom hunger is an everyday reality. Here, at FareShare GM, we believe that Together We Can:
- Provide 7 million meals to people in Greater Manchester who would otherwise go without food;
- Support over 220 charity and community groups that feed thousands of people across the Greater Manchester region;
- Tackle food waste.
Through our Together We Can campaign we are creating corporate partnership opportunities with corporate charity donations in Manchester that will not only alleviate hunger and tackle food waste but will also help engage your colleagues and client, create positive PR opportunities and help your company achieve its CSR and Sustainability objectives.

Employer Supported Volunteer Days
We are keen to offer employer supported volunteering days to companies that wish to support our ongoing efforts to fundraise and source more surplus food through charity donations. Together We Can: Help FareShare Greater Manchester Grow
Food poverty continues to increase across the UK and Greater Manchester is no different. Last year we provided over 3 million meals to vulnerable people across Greater Manchester but the demand for our services continues to grow. In 2022, we want to be able to provide 7 million meals to people across Greater Manchester, allowing us to support an additional 20,000 people a year.
To be able to provide more food, we need to grow our operations and this includes securing a larger building where we will have the capacity to process more surplus goods.
