Zero Waste Bhajis – made with cauliflower trimings and leftover veg

Every year in the UK, 4.6 million tonnes of food is wasted — much of it still edible. Here at FareShare Greater Manchester, we rescue food from going to waste in the food industry and redistribute it to charities and community groups who serve their communities with food.
